During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact number, and a valid email address. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

All deposits on the maxbook55 Platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits (BTC, USDT) are accepted and converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. maxbook55 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawal requests are processed by the maxbook55 finance team 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The standard processing time for DuitNow and FPX withdrawals is 3 to 5 minutes after approval. Processing times for other channels may vary.

A bet is only considered accepted once a unique bet reference number has been issued and the corresponding funds have been deducted from your Account balance. A bet confirmation displayed on-screen and in your bet history constitutes acceptance.
9.2 Void Bets
A bet may be declared void under the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned; the market is suspended before the event commences; an obvious technical or pricing error occurred; or applicable regulatory requirements mandate it. Void bets result in the return of the original stake.
9.3 Live Betting

9.4 Palpable Errors
In the event of a manifest or obvious error in the odds, lines, or game information displayed on the Platform, maxbook55 reserves the right to void affected bets, correct the error, or settle bets at the corrected odds. This right applies regardless of whether the bet has already been accepted and a reference number issued.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the maxbook55 Platform. Violations may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and legal action where appropriate.
maxbook55 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion and without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:
Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, maxbook55 will communicate the reason and expected timeline to the Member via their registered email address, subject to any legal constraints that may apply. Where an Account is closed due to a verified breach, any associated bonus funds and winnings derived from Prohibited Conduct may be forfeited. Legitimately deposited funds that cannot be attributed to prohibited activity will be returned via the original deposit method where feasible.
All content on the maxbook55 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, game titles, and the overall look and feel of the Platform, is the property of maxbook55 or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.
